McFadden, published Australia 1962 first and only edition, tall square thick folio, original dark brown cloth, gilt titles on spine, 381 pages, extensive index, in this volume the author has recorded, under their sires, the winners of the principle flat races run in Australia and New Zealand since the 1850's. The tabulation following the sire's name, Burce Lowe Family Number and pedigree contains the year of birth, colour, sex and dam of each notable winner, together with his or her principal wins although these are not necessarily in correct sequence. In the Appendix will be found the names and pedigrees of stallions which sired only the dam of such a winner and also the names and conditions of the principle flat races in Austalia and . Book has some minor ware to outer boards, spine shaken, internally a good clean copy. $200.
